seat swaps

ok so i got a front pair of 95 s14 seats for my 92 s13. they fit perfect. the problem is i have a chance to get the rear seats, are they a direct swap also?

theyll fit, its not direct tho. Do it tho. So much cleaner than s13 seats.

o yeah no joke there clean. these are from a junkyard so there real cheap also. just to ask why is it not a direct fit?

the mounts dont line up exactly. The seat does but the mounts wont. Im sure you can figure it out. Rig up something from lowes. lol

ha ill give it a shot. my junkyard has a 30 day return policy so worth a try. im goin tomarrow ill get some pics up if it all works

well im about to go get the seats but last night i took my backseat apart. but someone beat me to it. there were no hindges at all it was just hooked up with the top lacthes. so maybe an s14 could just snap in? o well ill find out in a bit

If you get them make sure to post some pictures, I wanted to do this but I was under the impression that the S14 seats were wider.

ok it works. but i had to take the s14 cloth and cousion off its backplate thing and put it on the s13 backplate. pretty simple, great to do if you have free time yea know. heres some pics.
s14 on the left s13 is on right

here is the complete product, i didnt do anything to the botom half just messed with the top. in the bottom right corner you can see the backing thogh i might try to cover that with some cloth.

and thats all, probaily a 30 min. project. sorry bout everything being dirty thogh thats tomarows job. all and all its much more comftable than the s13 seats.
