I disagree maximJ spark plugs can make a difference as you have better burn you'll have more power out of that and therefore more power to move the pistons down. I bought some obx at ebay and was a huge mistake back to NGK Vpower you can feel the difference on 0-60 I was looking for the Gpower that's even better but they didn't have. A good tip is Advance auto parts carry NGK vpower Gpower and Iridium and platinum laser series for less than half of the dealers price.

is ur car stock? buy something better than Duralast. for now, then save that $$ into mods, after you get like intake, and exhaust and things, then change the plugs, along with the cable, the distributor's cover and rotor, and maybe upgrade the ignition. A 4 head spark plug WILL NOT give you 4 sparks just b/c you install it, and a tripe mega ultra platinum, titanium coated, sulfuric Plutonium sparkplug won't give you any HP if you don't have lots of masive air to burn, or a more powerfull ignition. Remember, the explosion in the chamber won't be any hotter, or burn any faster b/c its a better sparkplug.

its like puting in a exhaust pipe... the Pipe itself won't do much, nor the headers alone. now add a catback, with Hotshot headers, High flow cat, maybe a port N polish and a cold air intake, and you got some HP, you see? so some 98.45$ sparkplugs won't add any real HP. if anythign they'll "restore" the one it had previusly, since new sparkplugs will fire better than your old one's.

And the sparkplugs performance can also be dependent on your cable's resistance, the condition of the contacts in the distry, how much life is left on the Coil, how well grounded is your engine, how well is the mixture in your air/fuel ratio, and even if the sparkplug thread is clean, or full of carbon and grease/oil,
