Hi all,
I am new to the forum, I was wondering, how much would a 1997 240sx (all stock original)in average condition be worth?. I went to trade it in for a new car a while back but the offer they made me was pathetic. I had heard that this car is popular amongst enthusiasts, can someone give me a rough idea as to the value of this car? also where is a good place to sell it.

depends. i'm sure members will chime in on this. i've seen them go anywhere from $6-$8000. expensive in most parts. how much did they offer you?

 

at that time it was a paltry $3000 which I knew was way off, thanks for your response

 

ouch, yeah check out ebay. If it's in fair to excellent condition and it's all stock with maintaince reccords and a clean title, you can make a decent amount. 6K-8K sounds about right if it's low mileage, 6K is assured if in good condition.
