88 mr2 or 240sx

I dont know whether to buy an 88 supercharged mr2 with about 240 hp worth of modification for $2000,or a 91 240 fastback with the ka for about 3500?

My honest answer...drive both...get the one you like best (But my bet is it will be the MR2)

I bought a MR2 for my best friend and it was awesome. It got wrecked. But, I still like a 240 better. You can always build up a 240 after you buy it, you don't have to buy the MR2 because it's quicker now. You could build the 240 to kick it's ***!

yesterday i found an 89 240 for about $1400 and a friend of mine rolled his 91 240 and i was wondering if i should just grab the 240 and swap every thing from the 91 engine into the 89 240. Instead of getting the mr2, cause i really love the 240 and im not sure if i want to drive the trd, but i wouldnt really mind>

The mr2 will probably give you instant joy now, but the 240 will give you joy later on (if you plan on modding it). An 88 is also kind of old, but you should go for it if it's in good condition.
