adjusting the e-brake (s-13)

adjusting the e-brake (s-13)

my e-brake works but isnt strong, i think it needs tightening is there anyway to tighten it? i tried takin the console off to see if there was a spring with a bolt on it to tightent the cord ,but the cord just goes under the car???? any info on how to tighten the e-brake would be great

pull your e-brake handle all the way and look under the handle, you should see a nut. thighten the nut and bigady bam stronger e-brake. see illustration below.
