pretty much, all spanner wrenches for coilovers are the same. They may be of slightly different sizes, but it all works. All it needs to do is to hook onto one of the edges, and you should use two of them to secure the rings with opposing forces.

Thanks alot cuz I bought some used coilover without the wrench. now I will just get something from ebay
