BTune N2itive AE86 Challenge - May 28th - Please Sticky
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
_______________________________________ B T u n e M o t o r s p o r t s _______________________________________ Benjamin Kwok, President / Founder - Ben@btune.net Dixon, Graphic Design / Promotions - Famicom@btune.net Allen, Sales Representative / Promotions - Allen@btune.net AJ, Event Coordinator / Promotions - AJ@btune.net _______________________________________ BTune N2itive AE86 Challenge Fullerton, CA, February 3,2006 On May 28th, 2006, a new chapter will be written in automotive history at Willow Springs, Rosamond, CA. BTune will host the first ever N2 style AE86 race in the US, giving drivers, tuners, and vendors a chance to showcase their talents and products. Previously, D1 brought drifting over to the US, where thousands of enthusiasts were introduced to the sport of drifting. After only a few short years, drifting has become a mainstream sport where countless enthusiasts have taken it in with open arms. And now, for the first time in the US, BTune is proud to present the BTune N2itive AE86 Challenge. Using the same driving regulations as the N2 races, which originated in Japan, this race will be a full out, head-to-head battle between drivers. With this event, thousands of people will be introduced to a classic race, where cash prizes do not compel a driver to win, but the competitiveness between drivers to prove themselves to be the very best. After carrying the BTune name for several years, and working on cars in his own garage, Benjamin Kwok started BTune at its first official location a little over a year ago. Renting a small space in Buena Park, CA, his goal was to offer quality service working on the car he has always loved, as well as offering top quality products with his own line of body and performance parts. BTune has since built, and worked on, some of the most well known cars in the industry (including the Tein S15 Silvia found on the cover of Import Tuner, March Issue, 2006). Refusing to be second to anyone in the industry, BTune has always strived to bring the hottest hard to find JDM trends to customers, and following that philosophy comes the BTune N2itive AE86 Challenge. Always aiming to be a pioneer in all aspects of the tuning industry, BTune is taking a big step to mark a milestone in the automotive scene. Vendors, as well as media will also be able to take part in the event. For any information regarding the event, please contact any representative of BTune, or email inquiries to n2itive@btune.net. __________________________________________ BTune 3811 Artesia Ave Unit B Fullerton, CA 92833 www.BTune.net (714) 739-1132 TEL (714) 739-1162 FAX |

Do you have any idea what BTune actually does? We are a race shop that builds full on race cars. We also have a retail/wholesale shop on the side. I don't know what you've heard about us, but I can guarantee we're note like "WeaponR". For one, we make quality products, and we don't condone "rice". Check out our website and see what we're really about "www.btune.net". If you feel like hating, do it on your own time. I have done nothing to offend anybody and I hope you'll make an appology for bashing the shop I work at. If you think we do any half-ass jobs, come down and check out the shop yourself. I'll personally give you a tour, and make sure you understand what we're doing. If you don't feel like coming down, just take a look at Import Tuner, March issue. We, as well as GT Fabrications, worked on that S15. Why would you never buy our "****"? Have you seen the quality of our own BTune brand products? Or are you referring the manufacture line we carry which ranges from companies such as Swift, CWest, Do-Luck, Exedy, Kazama Auto, Nagisa Auto, Motul, Redline, Kaaz, Endless.. just to name a few? Do your research before making assumptions. I'm pretty sure you have us confused with Toysport, or some other company. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Also, if anybody has any comments you would like to voice with BTune, please feel free to stop by the shop or call! =) If we have wronged anybody, we will of course take care of everything. Thanks!

I have done nothing to offend anybody and I hope you'll make an appology for bashing the shop I work at. This forum is not about Btune. One reason I will not come to your shop is for the fact that you and your company are so shallow that you chose not to pay for sponsored advertising like every other shop does at the forums. Feel free to come here as long as it helps others instead of only benefitting your selves. If you have information to offer about the 240sx feel free to lounge and give out some words of wisdom, but if you only come here to try and profit at the expense of others, I'll be damned. stop the cheezy advertising and do something that benefits for all of us...... Nothing that you said in this thread benefits us 240sx guy's, obviously your challenge is based for people with the AE86 Corolla, Correct? So why waste your time and ours putting up this advertisement that benefits really none of us.... |
I'm putting this event up for people that enjoy watching races. This is the absolute first time this type of event will be held in the US. I'll pay the fee to become a vendor as long as people keep a positive attitude. You didn't need to start thrashing out at me and start attacking the shop I work at. That was uncalled for. If this event goes well, we will be holding events for other cars besides the AE86. I own an S14 so I am a nissan guy.. I am just trying to get the word out on the event. And also, I do contribute to posts. I always answer question when I can, and also participate as a forum member. I will talk to l2aine about setting up a vendor account for me, so don't think i'm just trying to take advantage of the forum. I hope you'll edit your post, because everything you said was uncalled for.

Ain't no hatin', atleast there is more of an understanding amongst us...... Maybe I'll catch you at some NCDA event's and be cool....
