I got white side markers recently but when they are light up its still a lil yellowish what kind of bulbs do i need so they look white and not yellow i have HID's from an STI so i wanted them to match that white. also for my corner light i was thinking about putting the same kind of color bulbs that would go on my side markers but i just saw a pic of a s14 with the corner lights really yellow almost a solid amber color. does any one know where i can get these bulbs?

i really couldnt answer honestly. i just found this pic when i was browsing around for kouki 240s. i would think it is the same method as people use to do their tail lights. translucent paint or really see thru tape? im sorry if i could give more info i would

 

what about the bulbs? do u know where i can get the side marker bulds white? cuz my bulb is a little yellowish even after i put in the clear side markers

 

i have no idea =/ i say wait till someone else comes around to see this thread you will probably get some better replys and such. my best guess would be to check out car stereo/pep boys/kragen/autozone and see what you can come up with!

on NICO forums this was confirmed as replacement sidemarker bulbs for s14's.

EDIT: there are some hyper bright LED 194 bulbs out there. saerch "LED 194"

Just thought I'd throw tha in here.

As for bulbs, 194 is the correct bulb for both the corner (S14 Zenki, probably same for Kouki) and the lower bumper light. If you want them to match your HID's, just look for quote/unquote "Xenon" look 194's... you can find them on Ebay for like $3 a pair or so. They won't be as bright though because of the restrictions of the 194 bulb, but t least the color will match.

BTW the 194 LED type on Ebay sucks... I've seen them on another Zenki.
