Car Battery Question!

THOUGH! against Raine's wish's and commandments! "9. What's the best _____ for my car?"

I would like people's past experience's with the options of which battery they rely on and trust. Which is a good better best quality and for add on's etc... with engine mod's upcomming and if there is a difference when there is power windows and locks needing different car batteries. (i read this somewhere) so on.

I am a noob and do have a question on what one of the better name brand car batteries there are its a mix up between some single cell stuff or what its call. of what else makes a difference if any at all name brand particularily does it make a difference? I have heard some good things about AC delco (i have it and dont like it) and Innerstate. anyone with infomation please be honest i need a new battery and would like some advice on what is best. Cheers and Thanks.

you can try your local auto parts store, they should be able to get 'em, I know places like advanced auto and pep boys here carry them.

...at least you paid attention LOL

Good question though. The going opinion leans toward Optimas, and I'd suggest the same.

Try not to switch to an Interstate if you have a regular battery now - it's the same thing and isn't that reliable (we used to swap those in at my old work and a lot came back)

I never had a problem with a slightly oversized Die-Hard, $0.02.

Altima?.......I thought that was a car?

Lol, If you want a battery.....go spend $20 on whatever your store has.

If you want a battery that will never give you trouble and will take whatever **** you can dish...get an Optima.

odyssey also makes a good battery, some very small ones making intercooler piping easier. a marine battery is great because it combines a deep cycle with a starting battery. An optima blue top is perfect for a car with a system.
