Clutch questions??

I've got a couple questions.
My 240 has over 150,000 miles and the clutch seems like its hesitating. When I shift gears my power will go away completely for a second or two, but the rpms don't continue to rise either so its not the tranny. If i'm gunning it threw first and go to chirp second it wont chirp anymore it almost sounds like i've got an automatic I think its just my clutch goin bad on me, just wanna see what you guys think.

Will an act clutch that fits my ka motor fit the sr also? I thought they had the same transmission. Is this correct?

No a KA clutch will not work with an SR. An SR requires a clutch for a '89 Maxima V6.

I figured its just worn. That sucks about the tranny being different. I could've swore that they were the same. So a 300zx clutch would work too?
I probably will get an ACT when I get the SR. I'm just trying to save every penny I got right now.

Thanks guys
