-well if your wooly mammoth converter isn't plugged in then your dragon's blood detector won't work properly with your flux capacitor...

-your o2 sensor is in your header. The hose comes from your IACV. This can be removed.

kick that **** out. taking up room, not helping you out at all. just plug up the hole on the header.

is it the aiv or air temp sensor you're talking about?

as mentioned the o2 sensor is on the header/manifold.

dragon's blood detector

fixed my typo aiv not iacv

^^^ he's talking about the black box that sits next to the the P/S resevoir. The hose that comes out of it (and goes to the airbox) is useless and can be removed, as well as the rest of the system.

yeah but if you removed all that you'd have to block off the egr valve and vacuum line to it and the solenoid also.

^^^ What? The IACV and the EGR aren't connected. He would only have to plug the two vacuum lines and plug the header where the line came off.
-#1 is what he is talking about and it has nothing to do with the EGR.
-P.S. I don't know if it makes a difference, but we're talkin' twin cams here.

my bad brain's fried from being in the sun.

but.... you're talking about the aiv (air injection valve) not the iacv (idle air control valve)
