Is the Forum dying or what?

What is going on around here? Hardly anyone posts anymore. Has everyone gone to other forums or what? There's between 5 and 10 posts a day. That sucks dudes.

I think you mean post ******.
Fact is there are too many forums, and too much information. Once you combine those 2 factors you have nothing but lurkers.

the 240sx as a car for enthusiasts is dying out as well as the 240sx is close to reaching it's 21st birthday since it was first produced. It is becoming more of a relic or antique.

I myself am looking on trading in my 240sx for a couple grand on a down payment for a slightly used corvette or new 350z...

The 240sx had reached it's prime and had made it's mark in the drift scene, people are moving on to other things.........................................

i dont think the 240 i past its prime. i search for a long time to decide on what car to buy to build for autocross. i knew i needed a light weight coupe, that was rwd, and i only had $5000 to spend. with that kind of money your choices are pretty slim, through some rather extensive research all i came up with for a decent competitor was the miata (which EVERYONE that autocross's has, so i didnt want that) a 10 year old bmw 3 series, or an mr2 (non-turbo). since miatas are gay and i sat in a mr2 and hated the whole interior setup i went with the 240 over the bmw because of the looks and the torque. i think this is the ind of car that will never go out of style after all nissan is bringing back an s-platform car

There are much greener pastures than this. The nail in the coffin for me was the non-existence of the club240 time attack car.

Yeah this forum is basically dead. I hate to see it go although. I know this was what kept me into 240s. Nico is too condensed and ****ity for me to go to and ziliva scared me in the begining because I didnt want my noob *** shot.

Club240 was the perfect match. Close community of post ****** with just the right amount of information. I learned alot here and it will always have a place in my 240's history [awe emo moment]

As far as the time for 240's has gone.. Wha? Hondas are still around and that **** has been done and redone for ages.

Just this site is going down.

I'd hate for it to go though, because that'll be the last I hear about all of your guys' endeavors.

PM your guys' myspace [preferably facebook if you have one]
The core club240 guys.

Oh fries, how touching. It's okay though, you know where I hide out now. Your first paragraph could not have been more right though.

do explain, i never followed the story behind this car so this is new to me.

i don't believe the s-chassis are a thing of the past either. i post here and on northwestnissans.com. while there has always been a lack of activity here on nwn there is a considerable amount of growth. i belive two other guys from there post here ocationaly aswell.

anyways this isn't the first time i've seen this happen so it's nothing new.

What this site needs is vendor support. The onlyreason why zilvia exists is because most people go there to shop for parts.
