I found out today that the county i live in is so damn ghetto (charleston, SC) that some of the cop cars don't have radar, and some of the surrounding counties dont have radar guns at all. I got a speeding ticket coimg home the other day, he said I was going 70 in a 45...yea I didn't argue (I was really going around 85 or 90.) I just calmly wait for the ticket then ask..."may I see the readout on the radar?" Not legally alowwed to say no, the cop kinda mutters and walks to his car. He cam back and said that the ticket was void, since he had no real proof I was speeding (since he had no radar) This is actually news to me. but I figured I'd let you guys know....and NO, this doesn't mean I'll be speeding more......MUCH more

 

nice... i might have to try that sometimes cause around my area not all cops have radars and some of the time they just half *** it and guess then try to **** me there...
