Going to buy a 240

Ok please help out , ive decided to get a 240 and have a bunch of questions , ive been a honda guy forever , turbochargin and swappin a number of diiferent motors into my prelude. However ive been curious about the 240 scene, and i saw i could buy either a black top or red top can remember for 2100 shipped. Anyway im gonna sell my prelude for 4 and buy a old tired S13 , straight body but i dont care if it runs. Heres my questions though,
which motor would be the best , which is a good bargain, but isnt hard to find aftermarket support for of oem products
How much will the engines run
What kinda of Power numbers will they throw with just a swap
1/4 times with just the swap
LAst once the motor is installed anything i can do cheap to squezze a few extra ponies, like up the boost and how much is safe , or any other cheap upgrades. Thanks a lot for the the help

P.S id be willing to trade my prelude which is excellent condition with a number of mods for a 240 with good paint , doesnt matter if it runs , straight body, and 2500$.in other 240+2500= My prelude.

from what i know, the SR20DET (s13/s14/s15) have a large aftermarket support, as well as mechanical shops dealing with this engine/swap around the states...as for the numbers they run i think it was ...

SR20DET S13 - 205 whp
SR20DET S14 - 250 whp
SR20DET S15 - 255 whp (?)

I could be off, check around the site

As for getting some more HP out of it, i guess the usual things, catback exhuast and err other stuff...this really aint my area of expertise, just off the top of my head hope that helps
