ngk 7.5mm wires are all you need, although i also like accel, and msd 8mm wires sets
|

magnecor makes a great set of wires.
put a set of them on my previous and current 240s but yea, 7.5mm NGK is all you need. |
yea what jram and others said..
|
ive got some taylor 8.2 wires. i choose them over the others cuz they came in black & msd's were going to take forever on backorder

I just want to throw out there, that at most of the levels of tuning from us . . .a spark plug/wire combo isn't going to make a significant difference.
That said, I run NGK's . . .whatever ones they hand me, I just make sure they're gapped properly and I can slam the tail end out with the big-power boys all day on my stock KA. I dunno, if it's a matter of you've done everything to the engine, spent hours on the dyno and still can't get that 2hp at the top . . .sure go spark plugs with fancy words like titanium and fine-tip, and get wires with cool sounding phrases like iridium core. But honestly, if you're just poppin some plugs in your SR20 or turbo KA or RB . . .just . . .get some plugs, gap em, call it a day. Spend less money . . . |
Cooper is the only way to go man... if you are tuning.
I agrees with the black man above. |
Anybody ever used Nology? I have some Nology 8mm's on my car, they came with the car, just wondering if they are decent or if I should look into a new set...
|
i don't buy the gimmick behind nology, it's just an opinion though.
|
NGK is the way to go. I've always used them and have never had a problem with them for any of my cars. For the most part...you're not going to see/feel any difference.
