I use Craftsman. They have a lifetime warranty on their hand tools.

If you have a garage and more money, you may want to look at Mac and Snap-On. If these companies don't regularly drop by your house with their truck, Craftsman is probably a better bet.

How about Facom? I know they are guaranteed forever like Craftsman. All I can say is Craftsman screwdrivers blow.

Where do you buy Facom?

I agree on the scredriver thing. I had a set of the black ones and I don't even think I can trade them in for new ones because the Craftsman name wore off.

Outside of that, I've never had a problem exchanging tools with them. I also like that I can buy individual sockets as needed, and the local sears always has them in stock.

Sears sells a couple Facom tools, but the most I've seen is inGriot's Garage I don't have any as of now, but they can't be bad if they're the official tool of Ferrari and McLaren.

Edit: I just ran a search here's their site. www.facom-tools.com Oh and they also go under the name SK Tools. www.skhandtool.com

If I remember right, Pittsburg tolls are the made-in-china things that Harbor Freight sells. I have a couple as occasional use tools, but I wouldn't buy them for anything I use regularly like wrenches or ratchets.
