gotta noob teque question

does an idle air control valve come stock from the factory on a car or is it an aftermarket upgrade?

it seems like the kind of part you would only need if your had a turbo

all cars have one. newer cars have it controlled by the ecu.

it comes factory, its to prevent ur car from stahling out when u decelerate, and to allow your car to idle, it allows a small amount of air to enter when ur throttle plate is closed
