GT28RS or GT2871RS

i cant decide on which one i want the GT2871RS is like $100-200 more then he GT28RS but what im looking for is responce and max power around 300-340 at the wheels.

so confused, btw my set up is gona be a tubular manafold. turbo back 3" exhaust, 550cc injectors, Apexi power FC and i have not decided on the turbo :dunno: btw i got a redtop SR for anyone that dosnt already know that.

well...you better re-think your setup.
550cc injectors wont cut it unless you plan on never running over 15psi. also, you better start building the motor with better internals first. i personally have been working towards this turbo for well over a year now and check out the build list. i just founf out i got the wrong injectors, so now im even farther behind.

you might want to just do a s14/s15 sr turbo upgrade. minor changes to stock motor required.

my build list:
ok so here is the list from what i can remember up tp date on 2-1-2007
this is just " performance" parts there is nothing like projector lights or some other non go-fast parts that i have installed

GT28RS (Disco Potato) is a great turbo, but if your goals are 300 whp, an s15 turbo should provide the power you need with only a slightly longer spool up time. I'm very focused on getting a responsive setup, but the S15 will get me to where I want to be. If you want more than the 300, I'd go for the GT2871RS
