Help!!! overheating

hey guys, need help here...
2 weeks ago my 240 overheated....water pump leak.

now i have a new water pump and new radiator.
but my car still overheats after like after 20 minutes of driving.

I did the "let the air out method" with the radiator.
but same results.
also there is no sign of mixing of coolant and oil. so i hopefully i dont have a head gasket problem.
also, since it is summer im running without a thermostat, hoping it would run cooler, but same problem.

is there anything else i should be checking that causes overheat???

thx in advance...

also just want to add.....it seems like the coolant always gets kicked out to the water bottle after that 20 minutes of driving to the point where it spills out, it seems its not keeping enough coolant for the engine itself...when i stop... after engine cools down, the coolant returns to the radiator, but after 20 minutes same thing,overheat....:tear:

You replaced the Water pump and No thermostat.. That eliminates the scavenging and Stat problem... Now I would suggest you bypass the Heater Core.
It is REAL easy. Just take the outfeed hose and connect it to the infeed house and pipe assy...
Then run water thru the system with the engine idling. Do not worry about coolant. Go Drive and stop after 5 - 10 min to check the water level. If it is good, go for it and see if all works past your 20min time..

When YOU stand on the Passenger side of the car at the strut, look to the firewall. You will have 2 fittings coming thru at about 4" apart and 3" down from the top.
2 hoses will be connecting to these from the engine water jacket.
Almost perfect alignment with the Throttle Body Assy intake tubes.

Hope this helps more...
