Hey I got a 90 240sx with KA24e which still runs well. Since the car is pretty old. I am planning to swap a Ka24de in future so I want to get a used one and rebuilt it myself. would you guys think rebuilding an engine by myself is doable? whatelse would I have to do besides replacing rings, gaskets, seals and bearings? since my car still runs well I have plenty of time. I really want to do this project and learn stuff thru out the process but some of my friend just told me to get real......... that's why I am asking for you guys' opinion. And how much would the engine and rebuild kit cost? thx
