Interior Rain Leak

I have a '93 coupe with a sunroof and lately after raining there has been water on the floor board on the rear passenger side. I've checked while it was raining and the water doesn't appear to be coming from the passenger side window, the door or the sunroof because they are completely dry. The only thing wet is the floor board. Like I said before this is is recent...I had no problems with leaks a while ago. I did a little searching and the only thing I came across to explain it would be the drain plugs in the sunroof. This happen to anyone else and what did you do?
