its already mapped. but thats ok. yes, it may not be worth a **** in japan because they are a dime a dozen like civics are here. but its obviously something we didn't get here and we have one.the tranny is actually VERY good. very firm shifts.
True about the common as Civics in the US. The Mine's ECu's are pretty decent stuff. Easily reflashable for when you upgrade the injectors. Incase you guys wanted to know there's a really well known shop in Japan called G-Force who sells crate motors already built for 250,000Yen and they are the same build quality as a Tomei crate SR20DET. Only half the price and the G-Force crate motor is a straight drop in plug and play.
250,000 yen doesnt sound quite right for a fully built plug-n-play SR20...the YEN has been fluctuating in the last year between 110-130...so that would make the price between $1800-2500 USD
...sounds pretty cheap to me.

Yah about $1900 US dollars sounds close. Crate motors aren't very expensive in Japan through alot of the major tuning shops. Unless you want to have that pretty blue Tomei valve cover and feel the extra $3K US is worth the valve cover alone cause the specs are the same. Then again you'd still have to get it to the US.
