Mirror Removal
 

I need to remove the actual mirrors from the USDM bases and place them in the JDM bases. How do you get them out without breaking something?:dunno:

remove interior door panel. remove triangle cover. remove weather seal. unscrew and unplug (if power mirrows)

No. I need to take the mirror itself from one complete mirror unit and place it in another complete mirror unit. The JDM mirrors have a different field of vision than the USDM units. Things do appear closer than they actually are so to speak.

but i'd try the 2 or 3 screws at the bottom under the pop-off cover.
