Does anyone have a problem with thier gas door lever? My lever doesnt open the door very well...it always takes about 5 - 10 minutes before it releases it, as i repeatedly pump it (that souned gay i know). Anyway...if anyone has a clue what i should do about this problem let me know.

 

check the wire that runs from the lever to the door and see if its loose or stuck

 

my old 1991 had the same problem, just tightened the cable a bit and it worked fine

 

still trying to figure how this question applies to the N/A engine forum... but yea, it's cable operated, check the cable... or rig/weld a new gas hole/tube/door.
