in need of a quiet exhaust

well i have been stopped a few times already but lucky no tickets for my exhaust so i put my stock one on and yea its really really quiet but its not gona last long not designed to take all that pressure lol.

anyway anyone recommend me a quite exhaust? sodnt have to be silent just before i was pretty much "3 turbo back no cat and muffler didnt do much and it was ok but after i installed my cams it got way too loud.

so something thats nice but wont call every cop in the area towards me.

What would putting a smaller muffler on your 3" pipe do?

and at higher RPM the engine is louder than the exhaust
its rediculously quiet and a super mean tone
i dunno how it would sound on ur car though

but +1 for resonator

maybe a resonator but i think you guys are underestimating how much louder cams make your car....

i was fine b4 cams tomei manifold t28 full 3" turbo back no cat... but then cams... hmm

ok imagine a NA KA with a aftermarket header with a 3" exhaust and no cat.. its that loud

Get a test pipe, resonator and a muffler with a silencer. HAHA. That should do.

just keep in mind that there is more than one kind of resonator and they work using different principles.

The Apexi GT exhaust is quiet and it's actually over 3.5" piping.
