Newb Q: what is a good price for this car?

What is a good price for this car? I have searched a bit and figured that the SR-20 swap is anywhere from $3500-6000. The car books for $1600 stock, but I see them advertised for much more than that.

What is a fair price to offer this seller?

The car its self looks a bit raged, but it does have the S13 SR20DET motor, which is without saying is prety nice. Plus lots of HKS parts. I would say its worth it, if that is what your looking for.

I'm looking for sort of a ragged stock appearing ride. It is going to be my daily driver, and I don't want to worry about door dings or messing it up drifting. It is exactly what I am looking for, I just don't know how much I should offer the guy. Even with the swap, I don't think it is worth anything close to $5900, what do you guys think?

I know what he put into it, but as with most cars (especially modded ones), you don't get all your money back when you sell it.
