Question about fuel pump, main relay wiring..ect???

I'm fairly new to the wonderful world of Nissan. I have built numerous Hondas and other cars and I have a question for the Nissan wizards.

I have a 90 240, with an SR20DE non turbo swap.

1. The fuel pump is not turning on..
2. The fuse box that holds the 10amp fuse under the hood has continuity, but does not get 12volts when the key is
"on" or when the car is cranked. That would mean that the fuse is good, but is not getting voltage...

Does anyone know where I can find the wiring diagram for the 240SX to get a better idea of the problem??

Also, from the Chiltons manual, and the European 200SX(CA18DET) manual I have, dont really tell you where the fuel pump relay is located..does anyone know where it is??
I know that in a Honda there is a main relay that controls the fuel pump and its located under the kick panel on the drvside...??

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks!
