question about a trade

Recently I found a guy that wants to swap 240's. He wants my '93 coupe se, and I get his '96 se. I need some help guys, what do I do? At first I wasn't sure about it, I love my 93. I thought it was the most bang for my buck. But if I'm wrong tell me. I haven't done much research on the newer 240's. i know they have a little more power, but what about the drive train, is it true they can't handle as much power as the 89-94 model? help me out! please.

The question is...when you look at them...which gives you the warm and fuzzies?

He wants to just trade straight up? No money involved or anything? Are the cars comparable, as far as condition goes and mileage?

They both are great looking cars, as far as looks go. His car has more options, like moon-roof, and power locks, etc.. The motor has 50,500 miles, he's got black interior (which is a nice thing compared to the 90's tan/brown I have), and he's done the 300zxTT brake conversion. And it looks like he's got an exhuast set up. But I don't know for sure.

My car has a full body kit (bomex front bumper, veilside side skirts), tein ha coilovers, Oz superleggera's (but I dont know if I'd let them go), K&N intake, magna flow exhuast (weak so not worried about it), custom shift **** and pedals, kenwood flip head unit. My motor has 110,000 miles on it, but I was planning on SR or RB motor swap. Although my car is a salvage, it has minor damage on the driver's side, small dents in the metal below the A-pillar. But you can't see it unless the door's open and you actually look for it. here's a picture of my car, and then I'll post the only one I have of his after. I asked to see more pictures, so we'll see.
