Would it be possible to TT an SR20. Then I could get a stroker kit 2.2 or should i just go with Rb26?

omg...go RB26 PERIOD. End of discussion. If you have the money to mod a SR like that..why not go for a RB26, it will probably cheaper in the end and be more stable.

Rb26 variety won't fit without major mods, right?

Twin turbo Sr has been done... but like everyone else said, why?

BEsides, do you have the $$ for all that engine work, cuh?

There would be some major mods you need to make mounts and then you would need to get a new crossmember then you have to get the oil pan form the rb25det and then you just have to run custom wiring and piping like crazy. And unless you the RHD conversion you could go TT. If you are actually serious i can give you my friends email he owned a S14 with a RB26det in it. Right now he is helping cut a harrness for someone putting the RB26 in there s13. SO let me know

An RB26DETT in an S13 OR S14 would be much more than anyone would need. A twin turbo SR20 is a mistake as well. If I had an RB26DETT I would convert to single turbo...less management hassle.

RB26 has many options for installation:

1) RHD Conversion

2) Custom Steering Linkage

3) Custom Mounts/Downpipes

4) Single Turbo

For smooth installation, you will want to use a RB25DET transmission and oil pan. You will need a custom driveshaft just like the RB25DET swap as well...you could probably get off using a set of RB25DET mounts with the R33 X-member, however, if not, you could go with custom mounts. Wiring should not be that difficult as the other RB engines are not. You'll need to cut two holes for intercooler piping...one on the driver side and one on the passenger side....other than that, there isn't much to it.

The TT SR thing sounds like a bad idea...as it is, the SR has anough problems spooling up large turbos due to its small displacement...RB26's can run twins, but not usually two large ones without serious lag...which is why most convert to a single turbo...but who wants 2 cylinders pushing a T3 turbo x 2? That's just silly...less you're going for strict show car use.
