Well, I was with some of my friends tonight at the local hangout, just chatting with some of my friends who had decent cars there, while I was driving the my lame car. I was minding my own business, not being stupid or anything, but some dicks with v8 camero's and supercharged mustangs spit on my damn windshield when I was inside the store. Now, I can understand if I was revving my engine or something, or I was the only one with a normal car, but I wasn't. Well, now I'm pissed, and I'm planning my revenge. I'm looking for a complete sleeper that will be able to take these boys out. The fastest one there was a mustang cobra with a supercharger, but the guy can't drive it and usually misses 2nd, while spinning his tires all the way through 1st.

Anyways, after my rambling, help me decide what I need to do in order to achieve my goals... and thanks for any help.

BTW... its a '91 240 and I'm planning either the sr20, or now possibly the rb20 for the extra power to take these guys on...

yeah you could go the SR or RB rout, but i say do a KA-T. at least that's a totally legal mod. im not trying to make this an "SR-- legal vs not" thread cuz everyone knows (i hope) but its all that much better if they know anything about motor swaps. you can tell them its the motor the car came with. you dont have to tell them you had it ported, polished, balanced, turboed, and added a lightweight flywheel and twin plate clutch.

as for the rest of the car, springs, shocks, sway bars strut tower braces, and all accessory things you can mod/remove/replace. if you dont mind not having A/C, get rid of it. anything else you can add or subtract without making it obvious that you're boosting is a plus in sleepersville.

well isnt a stang like a lil less that 4k punds( im guessing i know stangs are heavy) turbo ur ka torque is good but the sr lighter and rev happy ur choice or slap a v8 in ur 240 ive seen a few

I have to agree with silviaks2nr on this one, and you probably don't want to hear it, but lets say you make this sleeper and race him on the street. Whats going to happen? You make it harder on the rest of us that keep it on the track. I get pulled over all the time because of civics and integras that rev their d@mn engine at me. I know I can leave them in the dust, but that isn't the time or the place.
