Replacing hatch
Replacing hatch
found a none spoiler hatch and I wanna replace the one on now, I have a 1990.. and there's two wires on either side... what do they do? do I cut them? I know this has been done before... anybody have any info to help?
Rear upper brake light thingie majig... you can cut it if you dont mind losing your upper brake light. I suggest you dont. Also if you have a wiper I guess it would be another factor in cutting it or not?
oh and that weird *** security crap thats on the rear glass window.

its not that hard to do, just get remove the plastic gard toward the hing of the rear hatch, then pull back the carpet and you can see the wires running down the side, may have to pull the side platic back to, the wires have a harrness, un-clip it and your free to go, its only about a 30min job to do total.
if you cant tell the difference just by the body, you can always look at the tail lights. The hatch tail lights look like there one long piece that goes across the back, the coupe has a regular left and right tail light without no center garnish
