sr20de in a sentra???

sr20de in a sentra???

i work in a general mechanic shop...a 2001 sentra se with an sr20de motor came in...can this fit in a s14?

i don't have the car yet...i want the motor 1st atleast?

and will the tranny on the 240 fit the sr20 de from the snetra???

nope, FWD sr's don't work in 240's without a lot of unnecessary work. tranny doesn't work at all. as far as getting an engine first..... don't count your chickens before they hatch. you don't want to end up with an engine and no car.

i wouldnt want the engine if i were you even if it did hook up right. i think its the s13 sr20 that comes in the sentra. i hate it when people put s13 motors in s14s. why would you want to decrease the power. if you can afford to buy an engine save up longer and get the s14 motor.

not trying to flame on you, that was just my opinion about the s13 motors.

too much work with the tranny. cause it wont match up and work in the 240. better to get an import s14 SR
