thank god for mexican workers

Alright, so I get out of my car and keep it out of gear because of my turbo timer. I'm on a hill and i pull the ebrake like always. Except this time, i didnt pull it much at all (i had just finished doing some running with a friend and was dead tired). A half an hour later, i get a knock on my door. And there stands a little mexican guy in a funny fishing hat. I notice in the background that my car had moved across my driveway opening. He was like "did you leave your car in neutral? I looked over my shoulder as it started to roll. I grabbed the ebrake real fast and put it in gear for you." Thank god i left the windows down. Anyway, it was inches from hitting my neighbors car. I assume that when a turbo timer is engaged, you cant leave your car in gear?

well when you turn it off, turbo or not, you should be able to leave your car in gear...

Yes, you need to leave your car in neutral. Just put more muscle into that e-brake lever.

Yea one time my friend let me drive his Twin Tubo 300zx and i was having the time of my life cause it was so damn fast, anyway, i pulled behind his gurls car and then jus tuned the car off, i left it in gear and because the timer left the motor on the car as soon as i took my foot off da clutch it stalled and smacked right into the other car. It was the worse day, but i jus had to buy him a new bumper and his gurl let me sly!!!!!!

That's why it's a good thing to get a timer with a e-brake wire. On my Blitz FATT the turbo timer only keeps the car running if the e-brake is up.
