from my friend who has a 240sx s13 i think thats what it is. he said he has had tons of mechanical problems. Including having to replace the fuel injectors

yea i know its the same engine but the altima werent made then. i dont here about altimas or 93+ 240 having engine problems though. o think they maybe fixed the problem in 93

 

Pre 93 altima was the stanza which had the same problem and the injector problem was fixed the '91+ 240.

 

oh and another reason they suck is (except in thenewer 240s they have ka24de) the KA24e was a powerfull engine. man im tired of this thread listen the new 240s s15 or what ever i like but all the others i mean come on. TRUCE

 

KA24DE was in 91+ so all but 2 years 240's own Altimas! I'll agree to a truce since you lost.... owned!

 

oh **** it then ill go one for days. the only reason i would ever buy a 240 is to race it. because the ability to swap in the sr. Some 240s are nice but most arent, 90 percent of the 240s on the road are driven by people who cant afford a real car.

 

Why wouldn't you wanna race an altima? I thought Altimas were the ****? And if people only drive them because they can't afford a real car, what would you consider a "real" car? A boring fwd family sean aint a "real" car.

 

i would race an alty ive almost bought another to drag with. i would consider a real sports car, a s2000, a mr2, a 300zx, 3000gt, 280z, 350z, Vette, and maybe even a prelude. My fwd family car is a real family car, i dont go around callling it a sports car.

 

So now you're finally saying that the altima is a family car... thank you! Anyway that's a decent list there, but I wouldn't pick a prelude. You should add some though like a rx-7, ae86 corolla, celica all trac, 1 gen dsm, miata.... all real nice cars

 

if you call the 240 a sports car i guess i would have to say the altima is a sports sedan or the 240 is a family coupe

i never said the prelude was in the same class as a supra moron supras and rx7s are in a class by themselves
