Time for new headlights?

Just wondering,

The headlight aiming adjusters (2 screws for vertical and horizontal adjustment), is there any way to replace them? Or do I have to replace the whole headlight? my left light is aimed at somewhere in the middle while my right light seems to be pointed at the heavens sending out a bat signal. Also one of the headlights is brighter than the other when I first start the car but they both clear up after driving around for a while, anybody else have this problem? I know it's not the bulbs 'cuz I just recently replaced 'em both at the same time...

If you can get to them, it shouldn't be a problem.

I replaced the screws on my 89 (retractable lights, but screws are screws) just by carrying them in to Home Depot and matching the sizes.

I dunno, I think the plastic that the screws are screwing into are stripped~ I can turn the screws to adjust as much as I want, but it ain't adjusting jacksh1t. I don't even think they'd unscrew out at this point.
