Vehicle Modification Petition to allow it legally!!!
 

People from all states...this is to petition the illegality of ANY modification to your car in the state of virginia...Please sign this...it doesnt matter what state you are from...We here in the big VA would like to stop being harassed, and this is the first step towards that!!!
