What Happened.!!!!Help

ok yeah i have a basically stock SR blabla yeah i know lets hear the crap, so yeah first time ever running at the track with no name crap tires, i just want to know if these numbers sound right...i mean stock and all but i was even hoping for mid 14's MAYBE even some low 14's... i know 14's dont sound so hot to you guys but hell iam working my way from the bottom... its an s13red top, walbro FP, greddy s bov, 3 DP, Test pipe, and n1, K&n, stock sidemount at stock boost, although if i take out the stock boost controller what does that do??, spec 2 clutch and stock LSD from hicas model... yeah i just need some input to see if i should be seeing some better numbers...

umm hate to break it to ya man but the sr20 didnt come with a stock boost controller. also im pretty sure nobody runs low 14's on stock boost, also get some better tires and work on your RX time

Well ur reaction time isnt the greatest. If u work on that and keep on practicing on the track u will hit the 14's.

Yes, it did. It's located on the same mount as the ignitor chip and AIV solenoid. I didn't hook mine up, but from what I read removing it will open the wastegate a little later and you'll gain about 1 or 2 psi.

thats not the same thing, a boost controller is device used to raise and control boost levels

No, that'd be an aftermarket boost controller. There is a stock one. It manipulates the pressure signal to the wastegate, that's the definition of a boost controller.

ANYways back to the topic, lol. Are you new to the track? If you are just keep practicing. Are you spinning through some gears? If so dong launch so hard, yea youll bog a little and wont get the BEST TIME, but you gotta look at ur MPH crossin the line. Buddy of mine runs 14 on his 450hp SR....SPIN SPIN SPIN, but he crosses around 120mph or so . Just keep practicin, youll get it.

i havent had the time to get boost guage hooked up, but i took out the stock boost controller as well so could this possibly mean iam running around 8-9 lb's??? i will try and run 1 bar once my friend gives mehis starion IC...and yes it is my first time at the track...and i did not spin through anygears...
