this is a dumb question.

what do you want to do with your car?

i would never let someone else tell me what i should do next, its your car do what you want.

yah just get what ever you want, as long as it serves a purpose. i won't tell you what to get but i will give you a list of things not to get.

1. anything that shines and dose nothing else.
2. anything that glows and dose nothing else.
3. anything that makes noise and nothing else.

follow these 3 simple steps and will you have a car to be proud of and possibly some money from not wasting it on worthless ricer junk.

It really does depend on what you want to do with the car and I think even more important than that how serious you really are about tuning the car. I have twice the value of my car in the footwork alone... and now the car is so stiff, low, and unforgiving you really have to be dedicated to the cause to want to drive it. But luckily I'm just a little bit crazy like that. If you want to go all out suspension wise:
I run Fully adjustable D2 coilovers and my friend has nearly identical units from K sport. Both were reasonably priced and hard as a rock.

What do YOU want first? If it's a daily driver, doing the motor work when the engine is still good isn't worth it right now. Wait save up money and get a SR. Thats what I would do. I'm working on my suspension first, change out all the old bushings and then save up for an engine swap. Don't rush and do what YOU want to on YOUR car.

resize your sig please, guamboy.

Just my 2 cents, whatever you do with any car, build suspension and brakes FIRST. Soildify your foundation before you go crazy and blow all your money on motor work (not saying you will). After you get that worked out and figured out how to drive properly, then focus on motor.

What good will big hp numbers be if you cant stop it right?
What good will those hp and torque numbers be if your suspension cant handle it? Come to think of it, how can your chassis do the same?

I just want to recommend building up on your cars foundation first before anything else.

Decision is still yours to make, good luck with the car and enjoy it!

Like everyone else has said, you want to figure out what direction you want to go with your car first. Is this going to be a daily driver? Show? Track? You have to know what direction you're taking it before anyone could really give you any advice.

Personally, I would take care of any items that need fixing or replacement before even going into modification. Suspension bushings on older vehicles are typically very worn out and need replacement. Either way; no one can tell you what to do to your car. There are a lot of people out there who will say: Do this and do that first, but in all honesty, it's going to depend on your budget, what's feasable for you and where you want to take your car.

Narrow it down, and we can help you further once you have done research and know what you want. Also, please refer to the forum rules when posting topics. Your subject line should be more descriptive for us to better aid you.
