Wierd electrical issues.. again!!
 

my problem is..

when i turn the key to off, all the lights on the cluster stay on..
so i install my turbo timer hoping it would fix it somehow..
well it didnt...

now when my turbo timer counts down and turns off it would fire back up and do the countdown again and again...

so fustrated with the situation i decide to check all my wires behind the dash because i checked everything in the engine bay already..

disconnected my cluster and just tried to turn they key to off once again, and to my surprise it turn off just fine..time after time, so i decide that the problem is fixed so put everything back together and the same is once happening again...

what can be the issue? sumthing with my cluster?

i have a 91 hatch with red top, not like that matters...

please help
