It can be a hazard, but I don't see much to debate here, as the vehicle in question is a Lamborghini, and not another car with a conversion. I have actually seen the aftermarket hinges for other cars, where they allow the door to open out like normal or up lamborghini style, which would make it safer in a sense. Anyways, Lamborghini style doors are not my style, but to whoever digs them, more power to you. I'm not going to hate on something you like.

 

well im not going to sit here and say, "you suck cuz u like lambo doors", but i think they suck. Im not gonna flame for that style, its just theyre useless, and of course as this particular thread shows us, they can be dangerous.

 

im sure vw/audi takes into consideration the likelihood of a roof turnover when deciding to stick with the traditional doors. they do pose a serious threat in such instances, but i dont think theyll change it anytime soon

 

DAMN!! Thats some nasty $H!T they probably died on impact or atleast KO'd.

 

wow, im with 2forties, that was a serious wreck, im not sure the doors had anythign to do with the people dieing, but on a better not, did yall notice how aerodynamic the bottom of that car was, thats amazing.

lol i noticed that too.. and the indusrial looking double spring/strut rear control arms... which alsp happened to be of tubular construction. Also did u see the hot chick in teh brown? Oh wait... back on topic... well i dont think that one of them was killed on impact or ko'd because it looked like he tried to get out... anyways, it is possible that if they were ko'd that they could come to while baking in there. Lets just hope they were killed on impact. COuld you imagine coimg to in a car upside down on fire? with like ur arm sizzling? ouch. im goin to hell. And im drivin.

 

man that would suck, that one way i would hate to die, seeing that kinda makes me happy im too poor to afford a lambo, cause i know if i had one I would try to show off, and end up just like them, thanks mom for not being rich lol

 

You guys ever check out that web site (wreckedexotics.com)<I think thats the site....but anyways they got lots of crazy $120,000 twisted metal. It seems that all the exotics likes to blow up.

you roll over, usually you can get the door open, but its on its roof and the doors open up. In this case, you would open them DOWN, with the weight of the car on it, ur trapped in an oven to bake to death.
