Does anyone know how to fix this problem, ive been looking and all I have found is, " IAVC Malfunction ".

I have a KA24DE with brian cower cams that are not tuned

Problems:
Check Engine Light is on.
Car does idle very funky.
Runs rich.
Get horrible gas mileage.
