Tuning issues PLEASE HELP
 

I am building a RB25DET S2 swapped 95 S14 zenki. I am struggling with powertrain management for my swap. I originally planned on running the AEM EMS, but ran into an issue with the head and spent more than planned on the headwork, so ive been looking into other tuning solutions. Its my understanding that the OEM RB25DET ECU isnt tuneable or chippable. So i looked into NIStune. I bought a Z32 ECU and had it modified to run my setup with the NIStune, but now i cant find a dealer. I dont want to spend any more money on this until i can get a solid solution without any dead ends. What should i do?

should have gotten a power fc brother..... you added way to much into the equation. since you in NC give MA Motorsports a call man... I have not been in america for nearly 6 years now.. but those are boys of mine.
