need help buying a short shifter

i dont know what short shifter to buy for my 89 240sx n im looking foward to also buying a stage 2 clutch maybe around june .. help!!!!

they all do the same job bro.. shorten throw.. you have to pick one based on research.. just pull up info from various sites.. they don't improve driving
