soo how many other ppl scared the **** outa themselves when they honked the horn while removing/installing the gauge cluster?

me me me me me me. I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood full of old people. I made my dad put back on the horn pad, because I did not want to wake all the sleeping old people at 4 in the afternoon!

if you removed the steering wheel to give more clearance, you have to take off the horn pad. to put it back on, you have to shove it back on which will honk the horn.

dropping the steering column was much easier for me, that was when i still have the stock wheel

i didnt take the steering wheel off i jus dropped the colum, and i would forget that hey thats a horn there and lean my arm on it while working

yea wide angle, earlier in the thread ppl were saying 360 degree but i only found 120 degree, an those r the ones i got an they worked, so that that musta been it haha

i did the same kinda write up with my turbo teg i got.....i love this cause its so damn easy and makes the dash look so damn good! and i got the bulbs from the same place!

Do NOT buy the small 74-X miniature bulbs, they don't fit. Someone said you could get them or the other.
