A lot of turbo kits are more than that. I'd say go for it.

lol remember with cars u get what you pay for.... that might work but its probably gona cost u more money and head aches to maintain then a more expensive better quality set up.

i my self have an SR and im replacing all of the stock exhaust starting at the manifold getting an ichiba manifold and a garret GT28RS more expensive but u know its quality

Yeah I know we talked about the SSautochrome kit before but I cant find the thread. I remember something to the effect of "you need to rebuild the turbo with Garrett components" and you'll be okay. But as far as longevity you do get what you pay for.

I wouldn't trust the manifold, turbo, wastegate actuator, dump tube, or bov.... thats basically what you're paying for haha

It says in the auction that it's capable of 25-27psi. Their feedback looks to be pretty good but I looked back a couple of days and no feedback for this particular kit. I will defend the fact that quality parts can be had for cheap but mostly things that are not complex like a turbo. Things like exhaust kits or strut bars and crap like that. It says it comes with a 1 year warranty to give a little piece of mind. You could always be the test mule though....

Also dont forget, you need bigger injectors, some method of tuning, and oil/water lines.

i have guys that work in major shops that use ssac parts on their project cars.. yea the turbos dont last long.. but everything else is fine. i had and used it all.. and if you can fabricate you can touch things up.. yea lots of people pay to much for something they not ready for and or need.. ever hear that one....

i hate to sound like a dick, but its true. I spent way less on stuff for my car becuase i could not afford to buy top line **** at the time and my car runs better longer and harder than the money buckets.

if you have not touched it personally dont talk..

thanks.
