I am from Nebraka and might be moving down to Texas (dallas area) and want to know what emissions you guys have down there. This is what I have:

S13 240sx
RB25DET
Apex'i GTspec exhaust (3.74inch)
3inch test-pipe (know I will have to change this)

and that is about it. I am running rich right now, because my o2 is not working properly, but will get that fixed hopefully pretty soon.

Also how much is it to license,plate and emissions test a 90 240sx?
