I have an APEXI SAFC Gen 2, I've been thinking of purchasing the rev speed meter.........
It would be nice to calculate the Gforce/HP ratio's........

ltrkstr 03-16-2005 07:10 PM

yeah i got a SAFC already. i just wanted to know 1/4 times without going to the track. are you running turbo or just n/a

BigVinnie 03-16-2005 08:21 PM

No. Stackin chips for my KA high REV build up. Need to get it dyno tuned but I only plan to get the car tuned once or twice, it gets expensive at around almost $200. But just to let you know I'm not B.S like most of the people in the forums here is a pic. Red the manual though and I have used them before.

thats cool. i got the silver one mounted on my dash above the vents. i tuned mine myself a little. used my judgement and air fuel gauge. i didn't go to extreme but you can tell a bit. i plan on getting it dyno tuned soon

Yeah people have been claiming up to 20 to 25CHP, in only stock trim, no build ups with the SAFC it just makes power, and dumps more fuel.

ltrkstr 03-26-2005 12:14 PM

what mods do you have to your ka

BigVinnie 03-26-2005 12:23 PM

CAMS, Filter, aluminum flywheel 11 LB.s, HKS SLD, EGR BLOCK OFF, "Ported/honed mani, and head", Installed ASP Pulley the other day. Other than that stock header, stock exhaust, and no type of performance ignition system yet.
I'm assuming probably between 175 or 180 RWHP
