bad leak

My 240 has a bad exhaust leak where the header pipe meets up with the cat. I've gone through 2 gaskets, 2 different kinds of gasket sealer, but the damn thing only works for about a day and then its starts leaking real bad. From what I can tell there is nothing wrong with the connection. I was wondering if there was some kind of really good sealer or what that would work on this application. Thanks guys.

ya your flanges are warped you need to file them both flat. its got to be flat and dont tighten the gasket too much. you maybe blowing the gasket out
