when i turn on my ac on one and two setting its super cold be only at night and on three and four at night its cold but not cold like one and two and in the day 1 and 2 arent cold and 3 and four arent either, and ideas of what it could be, also on when you get out i hear the this buzzing sound when the ac is on when its off i dont hear it i know its the compressor but can it be fixed

I think when you turn on the compressor, it should make some noise! I think that is normal! cold at night, but not day time.....hum.... I think you may recharge the system and check for leak! Maybe you system is ok becasue day time is hotter than night off course you don't feel that cold. It is just your feeling not right about the system! If you are that worry, have a mechanic check the system for u, it shouldn't cause you too much!
