Ecu code 82 which sensor?

I have a 95 240sx OBDII
I just wanted to make sure really quick that ecu code 82 is the code that corresponds to the crank angle sensor that is located on the top of the transmission, right behind the engine. This is the sensor that detects the flywheel rotation with the magnet correct?

If I am wrong and it is another sensor please let me know which one, and where it it located. Thanks for the help.

Did you reset the ecu like you are suppose to after installing the sensor...
You need to erase all trouble codes.

Yeah I reset the ECU so it blinks 55, but after running the car once, the second time I turn it on (the engine), the engine light comes back on, and it shows code 82.

You should contact Brian. He goes by Orion. He would happen to know how to get by the code. e has an OBD2 KA that is heavily modified...

Here is his email.
